Cancelling an order
You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Email us immediately with your order number and the subject “Cancellation Request.” We will confirm whether the order has already been dispatched. Sending a request does not itself guarantee cancellation if dispatch has occurred.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our standard pre-dispatch cancellation process. You may still request a return after delivery under our Shipping & Return Policy, and any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
When refunds are available
Refunds may be issued for successfully cancelled prepaid orders, approved eligible returns, duplicate or erroneous charges, unavailable products, and orders that are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise qualify for a refund under applicable law.
Any restrictions on discretionary change-of-mind refunds do not override consumer rights under Nigerian law or mandatory laws applicable to international customers.
Refund processing time
After a refund is approved, Outlaw Originals aims to initiate processing within 5–10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit your account. This timeframe does not postpone any earlier deadline required by applicable law.
Refund method
Where practical, refunds are made to the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange a secure alternative. We will never ask you to share your password, PIN or full card security details to process a refund.
Shipping costs & deductions
For discretionary change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable where lawfully disclosed and permitted. For faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods, any refund and related delivery costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
Exceptions & legal rights
Custom-made, personalized, hygiene-sensitive or used items may be excluded from discretionary returns when disclosed before purchase and where lawful. These exclusions do not apply where doing so would deny a mandatory legal remedy for a defective or non-conforming product.
How to request a refund
Contact info@outlaworiginal.com with your order number, the item(s) involved, your reason for requesting a refund, and supporting photos or payment evidence where relevant. We will review your request and explain the next steps.
